This mod slows down the prestige gains and advancement through ranks.

This is meant for use with my 8TPY mod as well as a base requirement for slowing the game down for a new story line event mod in the works

NOTE:
As with all my mods- they are best used in conjunction for optimal results / balancing

REUSE:
My mods are available for other modders to reuse in their own mods if
1) Credit is given and linked back to this mod
2) Any tables I made are not renamed inside the pack

There is a mod that makes earlier leveling slower and later leveling faster (changes the curve) but not sure if that would break things if a character lost a level they'd already gained (plus the skill). Could also be to do with DLC as this was my first time playing at 194 start date and maybe they made AI keep less unnecessary characters.

@Daltaine- thats an interesting finding. Its been a long time since I've played, but I remember the AI just generally having a hard time keeping hold of its characters. Try using the suite of my mods- and see if it doesnt work itself out with all the other mods ive done around trying to balance things out.

Really enjoying the mods. One slight issue is that with slower progression up ranks the AI factions have a really hard time keeping hold of their characters as they get to high levels and they don't have enough court positions to hold onto them. Maybe worth using a mod that slows character levelling (assuming such a mod exists).

@frank302013 the steam workshop will warn anyone that a mod is old when CA puts out a new patch and the mod hasnt been updated. It does not reflect the actual content of the mod and whether or not it needs an update.

I tweaked this, I accidentally had a negative bonus on the buff for owning the emperor, and i tweak yuan shu and dong zhuos higher teird pool resource to give a bit more prestige too
