Note
The Chest in Lady Vengeance will spawn in the high seas chapter and remain there through the entire game BUT won't spawn after that chapter.

warning
If you load the save file in the area the chest is in, the crate will be empty. You need to load before entering the new area. Example If you want the items in Fort joy, you MUST load before entering Fort joy (Suchs as the tutorial level).

Mod's working for me on a new game. The chests are in the hold and have all the items. Playing DE with the script extender and a few other mods.

Started a new game because I was in a middle of an Act and won't even know if the armor mod works until then. Got this to test it out and low and behold, no hammer. Frustrating.

they will be empty regardless new act, in your case you have to wait for act 4 for the chest in Arx

Yes it does, sorry but i should have been more specific about "areas", i then mean Acts, my bad.
