Informations:

This building is one of the first ones that I will make using patina covered roofing. It's not very common in Paris but I think it adds a bit of spice to the overall look. The original building can be found on 12 Rue Chasseloup-Laubat.

Additional informations:

The footprint of this building is 2x3, but it's 15m wide so MoveIt is needed to place it correctly.
This asset uses submeshes, so while being placed it may look like it's missing walls - that's normal.

No idea. There's not much else I can make for parks. I have a lot of street props to make still, but for parks, no idea.
