hello, yes thats happend when you have sv_turbophysics 1, the most people play with 0 the ball collisiones with player but i preffer in 1 because you can move the ball with the "E" but the ball will not collisione with players.

Players on my server sometimes say the soccer ball disappears.

thats a really old version, and the original map is from cs:source not gmod.
