Universal Item Box

Random item boxes which all spawn the same things!

(A gun is chosen at random at the start of each round, then all of the item boxes spawn that same gun for the rest of the round)

Equipment and props (apart from presents and death crates) cannot spawn in the boxes, and mind control rays, magnet guns, good books, dart guns, chain-darts, and bananas are excluded also.

There was a fondling issue where the gun spawning out of a box would change if different players interacted with the box, I've updated the code for this (thanks Dan!) but haven't tested it since so it might still be there.
