Real Operations – Blank Resource Generator

**DEPRECATED by April 5, 2020 update to Real Construction mod. Any building can now be easily changed to a resource generator in game through the Real Construction building info UI without use of any additional mods**

Just a simple 3x3 blank park with zero stats and a cost of $2086 so that it functions as a resource generator for the Real Construction mod. Will import zoned industry goods from oil & farming to create Operation Resources; set to Operation Resources only through RealConstruction UI (produces both Construction & Operation Resources by default).

DIY option for vanilla players, no DLC required.
