Funkotronics SSTO (KAS required)

Crew Transport SSTO - the prototype plane is still in high orbit, after it ran out of fuel when I wasn't paying attention...

Room for pilot + 5 passengers.

Has a bunch of sciencey stuff in the cargo bay, and KAS refuel system.

Docking ports available: Regular (Mk 2 in line), or junior (in the cargo bay).

VERY heavy off the runway, make sure you're pulling up as soon as you hit the end. My first flight dropped to about 3M above sea level before I could start gaining altitude (before I added the front cannards).

Aerospike not needed to achieve orbit, I just use it for orbital manoeuvres.

RCS Thrusters only provide translation (vertical/lateral movement), use SAS for rotation in vacuum.
