A cheap and comfortable way to transfer crews between bases.

After the Superbuggy-program, engineers at Kerbal Motion realized that future stretchs in order to increase passenger capacity are hardly possible it wouldn't handle turns that easily. So, in order to build a high-capacity crew transporter they began to search for a completely new platform to use.
The result: Kerbal Motion HeavyMassTransporter-34Kerbals is based STEADLER STC3000-4M (SimpleTruckChassis3k-4MotorizedAxles) which is also built in at KerbOil 3200XLT. This truck chassis makes a cheap, reliable and powerful crew transporter become possible.
Because of its high consumption of EC there was the need to install tons of solar panels and even one nuclear generator More nuclear generators are no option as to their affection on affordability..

Today Kerbal Motion HMT-34K marks an efficient and still affordable transportation rover.
It is suited for short to intermediate crew tranfers, e.g. base-to-base-transit.
This vehicle´s already mentioned all-wheel-drive makes it a perfect all-terrain-rover.
Onboard-relays and remote-controlability make even further journeys possible.
And as if this wouldn´t already be enough your kerbals will exit and board fast and safely with its big docking port at the back.

1 = extend/retract ladders for roftop access + turn on/off lower lights
2 = extend/retract Communotrons
3 = transmit data
4 = unfold/store solar panels
5 = turn off/on remote-controlability

WARNING: It is not recommended for passengers to exit/board anywhere. Better perform crew transfers by docking.
