Adds three colorable civilian cars from Insurgency to Garrysmod, with VBIED "Car Bomb" variants.

Three cars; a Mercedes, a Passat, and a generic Minibus, from the Middle East. The cars fit 4 people; the Minibus fits 6. Each vehicle is high quality but battle-scarred, more suitable for apocalyptic or low-class settings. Each car has a version with a car bomb installed. Press your attack button in a VBIED ("Vehicle Based Improvised Explosive Device") to set off the 5-second fuse.
