This is part of my old maps that doesn't have correct cubemaps.

Found the solution. "buildcubemaps" console command fixed it. (Had to use it twice, because first time it generated cubemaps with missing textures from other cubemaps)

Nope. But they might have mat_specular 0.
Could you give me file name of that texture/cube map?
