HUD Sway + Scale - Sway / Scale All HUDs (Abandoned)

Sheesh, addon generation has really slowed to a crawl on my side.
This is just a lightweight addon to make any HUD have turning effects.
The "I'm not dead" addon, in other words.

Features:
+ Even the HL2 HUD can swing! Intensity and recovery speed are adjustable.
+ New: Now has a HUD resizer. You can scale the HUDs to your liking (though it doesn't work as well with the default HUD).

Known Issues:
- Doesn't work for some particularly unique HUDs. If you see a HUD that is not affected by this addon, let me know.

Planned Features:
+ Set individual HUDs to be affected by this addon or not. Unless it is really necessary, I won't implement this, sorry.
