Plasma Rotary Cannon

A rotary cannon used by the humans in my fictional world, and it looks unique. If you're the target and laughing about how it looks, you won't be laughing for much longer. You'll become a messy expanding cloud of plasma.

This cannon is pretty much an annihilator. Got a fleet of tanks trying to take down your base? Pull this thing out. Got a really hard to catch thing? Pull this thing out. Got *insert problem here*? Pull this thing out.

Really, it's pretty much undefeatable. Well that is if you fire first.
