Hotel Seilet + Svømmehall by SvenBerlin

File size a little bit more than normal but I used bigger texture maps.

This is a replica of a hotel and an indoor swimming pool, located in Molde Norway.

12 X 20 cells

Hotel Seilet tris 3695 LOD 226 texture a,d,i,s 2048*2048
Svømmehall tris 4253 LOD 121 texture d,i,s 1536*1536

File size must be okay, because you will place it only one time in one city I think .

Ploppable RICO= comercial high, level 1, cost 120.000, workers 140

You know whats odd? Norwegians building a mostly glass building in cold climates.

This would fit well with tropical and temperate climates

@ hkcgalantfan001 , @Skignovilous I hope it works for like you want. Its a building with decoration settings. Place it where you have space and use Move It mod for the rest. I think you will know it better then me. :-)

Hi SvenBerlin,

If possible, can you release the skybridge as a standalone asset, as suggested by Skignovilous. Also, can you release the Svømmehall as a seperate assets also. I can see many uses for it. Thanks again for the assets tho. Great work!

Hi @SvenBerlin, thanks for this amazing asset.

One question: The skybridge connecting the structures is part of the asset? Is part of your plants (is it possible) to release a standalone version of the skybridge? There aren't many skybridges like that on the workshop, it would be a good addition.
