Information

This one is another small pack of 3 high residentials: 2x2 Corner - 2x2 - 1x1

The asset have all color variation matching each other.

Building variation mod

A new mod has been released, and is capable of giving variation to sub-meshes, aka in this case roofs.
I am using two variations one new roof and one older looking on these assets.
I highly suggest to download this light mod to give more variation to your houses.

Yeah they use the same textures. It shouldn't be too heavy, but yeah at least 16gb of ram should be necessary i think.

Does your assets use the same textures? does the assets go easy on ram? loading screen mod?

Really nice work! Thanks again -- these assets are making me slowly building an Italian part of town in my city hahaha hope there's more to come soon! One minor note, I think the restaurant side is flipped on one side of the corner building?
