I did it.!! Make all characters all colors can use All types of weapon.
For a month I try-finally succeeded to edit it, spend a lot of time learning how it works.
In the picture will see many many characters can equip more weapon from default.
like Cao Cao can use not just sword, he can use halberd, spear, Mace, Giant ax even stave (sorry no picture to show)
Zhang Liao, Huang zhong, and taishi ci my favorite warriors now they all can use halberd and spear as well.
***save game compatible no need to start New Game.***
***Effect both player and AI and all characters.***
