This battle is fictional.
VNTE-HoaLu is a Territories map that is out of the normal boundaries of the real war meant to be implemented for Multiplayer Campaign (if Tripwire chooses to involve North Vietnam). It is currently a 5 point map that is a nigh-geographically definite recreation of a real world location in Ninh Binh Province, North Vietnam. 1:1.

@IceFuse Yeah you modeled it after the Ninh Binh ancient capital. You have the bridge connecting to the gate which enters the ancient capital with I guess the big plaza in the middle. I've been there and it's very pretty and interesting history. I'd recommend it to anyone interested. I'll play on this map when I have the time. It looks great.
