Animated Krayt's Galactic Empire Portraits

This mod adds animated portraits of Krayt's One Sith and the imperials that served him in his Galactic Empire.

Features:
- Animated Portraits of Krayt and his Sith/Imperial followers: Darth Nihl, Darth Wyyrlok III, Darth Talon, Darth Maladi, Krayt's Sith Troopers, etc.
- Namelist
- New civic: "One Sith" - similar to the Sith Order civic that unlocks psionic traits.
- New custom system start on Coruscant with Anaxes, Corulag, Duro, Kuat, and Korriban as neighbor systems.
- New Static Modifiers for each star system.
- New building: Sith Temple (can be built on Coruscant) in addition to the Imperial Palace building.
- 3 additional rooms
- Empire Flag
- Prescripted Empire
