Grand Hotel Tammer

描述
Nordic neoclassical Grand Hotel Tammer (1929) is one of the most famous works by Tampere city architect Bertel Strömmer. The hotel is located in Tampere, Finland. The building was commissioned by Tampere technical society who needed a clubhouse. For practical and financial reasons the building was built as a hotel to bring profit.

Asset can be found from Unique Buildings under Level 2 tab. Feel free to use [https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2016920607]RICO[/url] to convert this to a building with hotel function.

Hi lonwind,
It's funny how similar your hotel looks to one of those in the last DLC published years apart :)

I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel, or even After Dark DLC Tourism asset (or both) for those who only have one of these 2 DLCs?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

I'm glad you like it! Unfortunately I have limited free time and several other buildings I would love to recreate so you probably won't see Torni (by me at least) in the near future, sorry. :(
