描述
[MEDIUM] A government weather base during an artificial storm.

Circling the Mount Ouragan DAARP black site, this circuit features a series of unrelenting chicanes, as well as exciting meteorological background action for stream viewers, with several tornadoes in progress just outside the track boundary.

Includes full survival mode scenery.

The track is awesome. The ground textures, the barriers, the width of the track, the layout. I love it :D

There are instructions on how to set up a track, but making the environment requires Unity and some Blender work.
