Added Duggan Crime Family's Mercenaries.
Removed the old Professionals models. Now you can find them on Sentry's Gang SNPC Pack.
Category has been changed. Now you can find the professionals in "GTA V Security Forces".
Avon's Army and Duggan Family will be located on "GTA V Mobsters".

3/18: Every SNPCs' healths have been decreased and balanced.
Weapon stats have been modified.
Removed useless codes and legacy files to lower the addon size.
Model fix for the professionals!

4/19: Removed Suppressing sound level for every SNPCs.
