Battle Camera VERY Far/VERY Close

Hi, I have made this battle camera mod, so one can zoom REALLY far out and really close in. Maximum movement speed has also been increased a bit to account for the much larger zoom range.

I can make the camera lower, much lower, but then you can zoom under the map, the will be clipping, but that is only if you zoom all the down.
