COD difficulty replacements

Hello lads,
my 32nd Workshop add-on.

Got another inspiration.

Apparently, my brain can flare up with ideas at times, cuz now I came up with another one. This time, it's theme is based on everyone's favorite military shooter series/cashgrabs, Call of Duty. There are four always prevailent difficulties in the entire series (with exception of few installments with unique difficulties such as Infinite Warfare), making them a perfect fit for L4D2 and CoD main menu mods.

Here's how they go:
Recruit - Easy
Regular - Normal
Hardened - Advanced
Veteran - Expert

Fairly certain that this will appeal to all COD fans that play L4D2 and be a perfect addition to any CoD mod collection. Hope you all enjoy this simple mod.
