Generals and units level up twice as fast with more points

描述
Generals and units has had their level up requirements cut by half. So they'll level up twice as fast. Generals will also get more points to fully max their skill trees by level 10. Extra skill points comes in after level 7 so characters starting level 7 won't miss out on the skill points.

Should affect AI as well.

Not compatible with any other mods that modify skill point amounts or unit or general level up requirements. Shouldn't crash anything if there's a conflict, it'll just won't work.

Probably won't work too well with AWB dlc due to some characters starting even higher than level 7. Not quite sure what to do with that.

Could you make one that only works for the player ?
and maybe so you first will get your skill points (5) when you hit lvl 10
Because of the "Lu Bu" campaign ?
