[DG 1-1] Degenerate Customs - OPTRE

This mod has been overhauled to ensure more consistent behind the scenes naming of units as well as remove dependancy on third party mods. While I have attempted to maintain Legacy compatibility there is a risk that some units may have been missed, if you come across such a unit please leave a bug report in the bug tracker discussion.

This mod was designed with ACE3 in mind, as such all infantry units have loadouts based on ACE3 medical, this will not stop it working without ACE3 however be aware that units will not have any medical supplies by default. There are plans to eventually go through and re-balance the kits once I have a better understanding of what works for both sides.
By default all units spawned from this mod will request their necessary ACRE radios in their inventory, this includes backpack radios on squad and team leads.
