In a Nutshell: This mod fixes that the AI will almost never pick the "Forge Bloodline" ambition even, if it has 5000 prestige.

Probably some guy at paradox was tired and wrote an unnecessary NOT statement in the code so only rulers who already created a bloodline (by legend, crusader, etc.) can pick that ambition.
(Note: Paradox does a great work, it was just a tiny mistake at a wrong place.)

I reported it as bug almost half a year ago but nothing so I fixed it.

It also changes which traits the AI needs to pick it.
(Ambitious, proud or willful and not content, humble or timid. It will pick it almost always when it is ambitious otherwise not too often.)

Compatibility:

NOT Ironman compatible.

It should work with most mods (HIP certainly, didn't tested with others).
It only changes common\objectives\00_HF_ambitions.txt
