This replaces the voices of:
Combine soldiers
Zombine
Snipers WARNING! Requires npc_sounds_sniper.txt to work properly

Workshop bans .txt files so it's impossible to upload it in this submission, instructions how to install are also included if you download the READMEHOWTOINSTALL.txt file.

Without npc_sounds_sniper.txt the Combine soldier and Zombine voices WILL work, but the Sniper voice WON'T work.

There is a bug where radio sometimes turns on, but no line is played. That is caused by incorrect sample rate, but i'm not an audio expert and can't fix that. This addon is discontinued anyway.
