Implant Pickup

描述
Adds a Weapon to pick up item bags and non-damaged structures that are owned by you or your tribe. Mimics the Implant inventory vfx for a more integrated ux.


Looking for more ideas to implement, let me know if you have any by leaving a comment.

Planned:
-Buff implementation
-Custom Anims
-Structure Repair
-Add a pickup delay for larger supporting structures (platforms ect)
-Pick up dropped bags from wild dinos you have killed
-Transfer specific items between different remote inventories (Dino <-> Storage)

theres a bug where if you try to dye it the game just crashes

is there a way to make it so if your using rr floating platform u have to hold it down. ive accidentally pickup my base 2 times and have to reload a backup

when picking up one tek ladder it gives you four? is this supposed to happen or....

now we need one that shoots magic bullets to Kill/Hurt/Damage

it is picking some structures but some not;
it can pick lets say a foundation (which is structure)
it can not pick irrigation part (which again is structure)
