[Fighter Blueprint] Argon (OTAS) Solano M4+ [X3]

The Solano is a highly advanced and somewhat unusual M4 interceptor. It is manufactured by the Optimized Technology, Armaments and Shielding (OTAS) Corporation, an Argon defense contractor based out of Legend's Home.

What makes the Solano so unusual is its extremely heavy shielding, which rivals that of an M3 heavy fighter. Coupled with its speed, this makes it an extremely resilient interceptor that can outrun most things that it can't outright overpower. OTAS Solanos are compatible with a wide range of missiles, and usually mount general-purpose Particle Accelerator Cannons (PACs) or anti-fighter Phased Repearter Guns (PRGs). They can also mount ammunition-dependent Mass Drivers for a bit of extra punch.

This build of the OTAS Solano is based on its appearance in X3:TC and is exactly 200 blocks. I've wanted to do an OTAS fighter for a while, and I debated doing the Eurus instead, but I thought the Solano was the more memorable M4.

Screenshots (besides the auto-generated preview image) show fighters at true scale - when you use this blueprint to produce fighters, that's the level of detail you can expect from the final product.

This ship is intended for use as a fighter blueprint, as it lacks the critical ship components necessary for player control.
