A set of 3 signs for Olive Garden
OG Sign 1 - small sign without illumination
OG Sign 2 - bigger modern sign with illumination
OG Sign 3 - tall pole sign with lights

Higher triangle count on sign 2 and 3 due to the 3D script on both sides of the sign, <4000
Building pictured is "Orchard Italia" from University City Content Creator pack.
Probably will post building with signs already placed later.

I havn't noticed that the building "Orchard Italia" looks like a typically NOA Olive Garden, even if I ate there several times in US and Mexico, but looking at your pics it makes 100% sense.
