Sci-fi Character Model Materials Part 3

These are some obscure, and almost forgotten character models that I came across when my friend told me they had some models that could work for a sci-fi military themed server. I don't know much about them other than that they are a mashup of many different models from games. Notably from Blacklight Retribution, Mass Effect, and Deus Ex Human Revolution. It seems like they were made by a person known as The Doctor for a sci-fi server that existed a while ago. They aren't rigged as Playermodels, but they'll work for Nutscript, Helix, and Clockwork.

EDIT: The original creator of these models has been found. All credits for the models goes to Ishi, the person that put these models together 6 years ago.
