Builders Roundabout 12x12 with nodes at every 45* degree angle

Will help with roundabouts changeing shape and get the segments just right.

1) Place roundabout
2) Attach roads
3) Redo segments with more then one node. Less nodes is a roundabout = generally more flow.
4) Use move it with snaping for angles
5) Delete mid sections <<< most important to do this at the end because it holds the angle.
