L4D Developer Commentary For L4D2

描述
Adds the necessary files for the Developer Commentary from the original L4D, and also enables the option to select it from the Developer Commentary option in the menu rather than using the console.

Tested with Urik Menu and it seems to not be working with it, also seems like the closed captions also work. It won't be 100% bug free, but should generally work well.
Also adds the option to select any difficulty on both The Parish and No Mercy commentary.

If you want this to work with the Urik Menu just put this mod on top/above.

Strange, I'll have a look later on my game when I get home to see if somethings broken. I'm wondering if Workshop is just having issues, I had someone report a similar problem on another addon.

its not working for me. is there anything i need to do after install to make it work? (its not showing up in my add on list either
