In your mod you'll still want to structure it as if you're placing the new portrait in /gfx, not the dlc folder. The dlc .zip file is sorta like it's own mod and you want to match the paths it's content is being placed to in order to overwrite it.

Yes. If he is part of La Resistance, try checking for his portrait in the dlc folder in your Hoi4 local files.

Any idea how one would change Napoleon's portrait? I assume you just throw one in with the same file name but I can't find the bastard to begin with.

Interesting, I can confirm it still works too. Weird that Salazar stopped working. The guy isn't one of a dozen people in a huge civil war! Good thing too, new Franco portrait is probably the worst in the whole game.
