SMOD Tactical PMCs Playermodels and NPCs

If you are a veteran or modder of Half-Life 2, you probably have heard of SMOD (short for Super-Mod) and it's variant SMOD: Tactical. To cut this short: "This adds playermodels and NPCs of the PMCs A.K.A. default playermodels from the mod"

Features:

All of the PMC variants: Cap, Goggle, Goggle Up, NVG. And also the alternative French skin for every PMC.

Playermodels for every PMC with CS:S c_hands.

NPCs with spawn weapons on Combine soldier base.

This wasn't intentional, but NPCs perform player reload animations instead of NPC ones. Basically this means the reloads are more badass, especially the shotgun ones.
