Glass Blue Sword of Elemental Fury

-Adds a Blue Glass Sword (Chillrend Model) to Skyrim which is Craftable under the Glass Smithing Category and
requires the Glass Smithing Perk.
-The sword has the elemental fury effect and never runs out of charges. It has a swing speed of 1.47x as opposed to the normal 1x.
-It is simply called the Glass Blue Sword of Fury.
-There is a standalone unenchanted Glass Blue Sword also.
-Can also be bought off merchants (they won't always have it in stock).
-Can also be found in the Thalmor Embassy Baracks and Markarth's Understone Keep.

-Also adds a craftable Headman's Axe. (Just for the hell of it)

Would be interesting to make a clear Glass Dagger that would break on first hit, but deal absurd one hit kill damage, so you have to repair it each time, like the Terrible Shotgun from FO3...

Multiple questions:

1. Would you make an iron sword with the same effect for me?
2. And/or would you make an iron sword with the "stagger" effect from Windshear for me?
3. Do you know how to make either A) an iron sword that moves with the speed of a dagger or B) an iron sword that does the same damage as an iron mace, but swings at the same speed as a sword?
