Intrepid-II
A Tier 4, Class 2, Level 20, Small Vessel

This is My Modification of the MLV-Intrepid

First off I would like to say I am a big fan of jrandall's work.
And I really liked the design of this ship.

I saw this ship on the showroom floor, and just had to have it.
The Sales Droid told me it had everything I needed or could ever want.
That was cool with me, I was already hooked. Traded in my beat up old jalopy and off I went.

Then I got ambushed by a Zirax patrol on the way back to my Base. Barely made it out!
I had to kill them all. And they just scratched & dented my shiny new ship! AAAGGGGHHHH!!!!
On the way back to my Base I came up with a plan to add more "teeth" as it were.
And still keep the "luxury" status I wanted.
So I cleared out some space in the Shop, grabed a case of Beer & off I went.

Replaced the 4 Rocket Launcher's with - 4 Rocket Launcher (H-MSL)
Added 4 Rail Gun's, 4 Pulse Laser's & 4 Plasma Cannon's

Added a Shield
Added a second Pilot Seat (internal)
Now has 6 Cargo Boxes

Then I needed to repaint it. Always been a fan of the color Blue and this was no exception.
I keep the paint scheme as the original but painted all the red blue.

The local Sales Droid came by, and was showing off a new line of new Combat Steel Tile.
So I just had to aquire them for the Intrepid-II.
Tile is way easier to clean Alien parts off of then Carpet.

Now we have a ship that was inspired by CrazyZ, built by jrandall & Modded by Doc

January Update:

I finally had the time to address the forward thrust issue.
Ended up adding 10 Thrusters forward and 4 upwards.
Now has reasonable stopping power. Actually, testing in a live game, it is a LOT better!
The extra top thrusters balance out the up and down for a better performance.
