Thx to Optimus97 for helping me with the Materials

For Activate lights:
- Right-click the model, then "Add Override Materials
- Right-click it again => Show in Element Viewer => Model
- Find "materials" line and expand it
- Find "XXXXXXX_lights"
- Right click and Add Attribute
- Select float and call it $lights and enter value of 1

All the lights are colorable

If u want to animate lights:
- Right-click the "XXXXXXX_lights" and select create animation set
- minimum - 0
- maximum - 1
- It'll give you a slider in animation set editor, but you have to turn hierarchy off
