Wheel Suspension Power State Controller

In-Game Script for Programmable Block
UPDATE: Minor fix of my n00b code.

This script monitors when someone is in control of the vehicle or not, enables the suspension blocks when there is someone in a Cockpit or connected using a Remote Control and disables the suspension blocks when there is no one controlling the vehicle in an effort to save some power as the idle power usage from all the suspensions do mount up, it also enables the handbrake automatically when no one is in control.

No groups are needed, all suspensions and control blocks are scanned automatically.

All you need to do, is have a cockpit/seat or remote control block set as the "Main"
for the script to work.
