From Cave Story, it's The Doctor.

This is a requested mod from user Chris.

This model is made by a Japanese user, Sprishri - who also goes by the name IVatu. I have to go out and say this, but Chris... How did you find Sprishri and their models? Seriously! I had to do more research on the model because Chris provided a link using the WayBack Machine. Turns out that the creator has their own website!

You can find Sprishri's website here[sprishri.nobody.jp].
They also go on Niconico as IVatu[www.nicovideo.jp]

Do note that these are Japanese websites. You'll need an addon for your browser that allows website translation.

Anyway, The Doctor has facial animations - the Demon Crown blinks! Oh, and he has the other stuff too...

I have a bit of a suggestion. Don't feel like you have to do this, especially considering how poor quality CS3D's models are, but I think the Muscle Doctor would make a really good replacement for the Tank. I ripped the model, if you ever need it, I'll put it up on Dropbox or something.
