If you are using Procedural Objects mod then you can convert any of the sign models to a PO and collapse the sign vertices to get a post model as well - but I can understand that single props are perhaps more useful ^^
Gantries and supports aren't included, it's necessary to find and subscribe other assets for those. A few recommendations are given in the Prop Catalog linked in the description.
