zm_xmen_mansion

This 64-player zombie survival map is based on the X-Men mansion from Marvel Heroes. My goal was to make an aesthetically pleasing map while retaining the fun of facing down zombies. The mansion contains a foyer, classrooms, auditorium, bedrooms, bathrooms, storage closets, a kitchen, a basement, a library, a game room, a private theater, and numerous places for student and staff alike to lounge and relax.

There are four hidden rooms, a handful of rooms you can barricade with desks and couches, uncounted hiding spots in and around the mansion, a hidden basement with Cerebro (naturally), and a special surprise for anyone who remembers the 90's. ;) There are visual cues to provide clues to most of the hidden areas, and there may or may not be a way to get into the 3d skybox.

Feel free to leave any constructive criticism or feedback you may have (map too big or small? too many/not enough hiding spots? too easy to barricade some areas?), and please leave a comment (and if possible link to a screenshot) if you find any errors or glitches or missing models/textures. I tested the map fairly thoroughly but it's always possible I missed something, so let me know and I'll be happy to fix it.
