You can find the admin room if you noclip out of the map and look for a white box, here you can change the music that plays on the top of Tartarus, randomize the stairs and treasure chests that spawn in Tartarus and set the dark hour and spawn the Tartarus gate where the school is located.

You can open and close the arena gates on the side of the arena with the two buttons.

To spawn and despawn the exit from the Top of Tartarus to Iwatodai Dorm, use the two buttons where the crow statues are.
