Admin station 101

This station is aimed to be a admin station. In order to make it easier for server owners to manage the solar system.
It is a little basic, but that is on purpose so you can add any other ideas you have to the station to. There is a good amount of room under the station for a repair bay for example.

The sections it includes are:
- Command centre
- Oxygen and material production
- Modular mass-storage
- Large solar panels
- 1 backup reactor
- Evacuation drop pods (Command centre only)
- Preset grouped systems
- Crew quarters
- Medical bay
- Entry (Customs) area
- Automatically closing doors (One second timer)
- Dual small ship service and repair bay
- Data centre

This is a work in progress. It also requires some DLC and a couple of mods to.
