Let's be frank; the old one was just a grade school in disguise. Now with the patch, you can finally have a real library in Art Deco flavor. But I couldn't just simply change the code, and thus I gave it a brand new model with somewhat cleaner textures.

Functions almost the same as the base game library, but costs less and some other things. Here's the rundown:
Placement Cost: 10000
Maintenance Cost:750

Uneducated Workers: 8 (Janitor or Understudy)
Educated Workers: 30 (Librarian or Secretary)
Well Educated Workers: 12 (Bookmaster)
Highly Educated Workers: 4 (Professor)

Entertainment Accumulation: 70
Entertainment Radius: 700
Library Accumulation: 100
Library Radius: 700
Visitor Count: 100
