About the building:

2x3 Rome Flat Lv.1, in the style Umbertino.
You can find this style especially around the Colosseo, or at the Rione Prati.

Hey, this is a great leap in quality from previous assets, congrats! Waiting for more stuff.

Great building, really impressive! What do you think of (Nuovo) Corviale roma or Vele di Scampia naples, any chance? Anyway, thanks for this building and your workshop!
