Remove "Steam group servers"

This simple mod removes the in-game server browser. Whether you are too lazy to unfollow l4d2 to remove lewd 4 dead servers, or whether you don't need the server browser at all, this mod is for you.

I saw a few other mods that fix multiple elements of the UI, but none of them only removed this one specific element of it, so I decided to make a version of my own after a friend of mine asked me about it.
