S.T.A.L.K.E.R Detector Sweps V3

it can detect STALKER artifacts, item crates and the new transponder entity, the other detector weapon type that is marked as hazard can detect Nextbots, Vehicles, NPCs and anomalies

also i replaced the non logical exploding bolts with an device that makes sense of blowing up...
it still explodes to hazards such as trigger_hurt, point_hurt and "some" anomalies

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Detectors-->Echo Detector/Bear Detector/Veles Detector

LeftMouseClick=Throw exploding hazard detector device (doesn't apply to hazard detectors)
RightMouseClick=Drop exploding hazard detector device (doesn't apply to hazard detectors)

ConVars:
-detector_ai_maxrange 1024
-detector_bear_maxrange 1024
-detector_echo_maxrange 1024
-detector_veles_maxrange 1024

Issues:
-Bear Detector display doesn't illuminate in dark
