Love the mod but I'm having an issue with objective 37/40 perform 2 surgeries at infectious diseases. This does not seem to be completing and as far as I know there is no surgery required in the department. Any help please?

Not just you, Ohrilian, to be able to complete this, you would have to do surgeries in internal medicine - which can't happen at that department anymore. So the mod needs updating.
