I made this tactict based on my tatcicts on FM 15/16, the last ones I playied last.

The tactict is not working 100% was i want, because it's hard to have that strike scoring goals or having him doing any thing right.
it's either hard to be consistence, players mood are a big influencer on the game and it's hard to have 3º lines happy when they thing that they should be on 1º team.

But I still think that i'ts a very good tactict according that I never use old players and experience on my teams, I prefer young future starts to make them grow and being world starts.

What do you think I should improve?
