(RTP) (Flavour) Regional Civ Names

REGIONAL CIV NAMES

A utility mod that alters Civilization descriptions in the event of an overlap. Specifically, if two or more Civilizations of the same name are present in a game (e.g. Japan under Meiji and Japan under Oda Nobunaga), one or both of those civilizations will be renamed.

This mod is aimed at users that have modded civilizations installed.

The following names are possible:

• North, South, East, West, Upper, Lower (these are dynamically chosen according to the cardinal relationship between two civs, and renames both).
  
• Oriental, Occidental, Columbian, Continental, Far (these are dynamically chosen based on the continent type of the civ's starting location).
  
• New/Neo-/Free (randomly chosen).
  
• Named for their Capital (randomly chosen).
